Retro quickies: this dude again XD

because I'm waiting that my family finally decides to go to sleep so I can sleep (since the house it's small and we all sleep in the same room...and bed!) I just decided to draw another quickie sketch of this dude The first one was this [link]
This one looks a lot more like him on the desing, and shape, but the expression it's weird I know I don't know why it just came out that way. I think I was reminding the episode when he appeared, when he was happy that he and his troop beat up the...wait, it is supposed that I shouldn't talk yet so you can guess still
oh and, I know the eyes look a bit odd too, but it's so difficult to draw an expression on characters that have the eyes like this one
